The Ministers approved and published the Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Right to Request Flexible Working and Right to Request Remote Working.
With Employers now having to have regard to the Code of Practice it is now more important than ever to ensure that your policies and practices relating to remote and flexible working are compliant with the requirements set out.
