Webinar: Bullying vs. Harassment: How to Identify, Prevent, and Manage in the Workplace
Date: Thursday, 13th March 2025
Time: 11.00 am – 11.40 am
Location: online via Zoom
Organisations simply can’t afford to ignore the risk of workplace bullying and harassment.
Workplace bullying and harassment are serious risks that can damage an Organisation’s culture, reputation, and ultimately its bottom line. Employees have statutory protections under both employment equality and health & safety legislation entitling them to work in a safe, respectful working environment. Non-compliance can result in expensive legal claims, decreased Employee morale, and a toxic workplace culture that affects a range of HR outcomes.
To help Organisations guard against these risks, Adare and Linea invite you to an insightful webinar on How to Identify, Prevent, and Manage Workplace Bullying and Harassment. In this webinar, the distinction between bullying and harassment will be explored, together with the wider legal landscape, identifying early signs of misconduct, and implementing robust policies to protect your workforce and comply with all relevant employment laws.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- The legal framework underpinning anti-bullying and harassment policies and procedures
- Practical tips for preventing workplace misconduct and fostering a positive culture
- Identifying warning signs and addressing incidents formally or informally
