Sarah Fagan, BA, PGDip Employment Law, PGDip Conflict and Resolution is an experienced Human Resources and Employment Law Practitioner. Sarah‘s role as Managing Director involves overseeing the strategic direction of the business and the HR and Employment Law support services provided to clients across a wide range of sectors by the experienced team of consultants within Adare Human Resource Management.
Prior to taking on the role of Managing Director in January 2022, Sarah’s role as Consulting Practice Manager was to support Adare Human Resource Management clients in the delivery of agreed strategic Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Human Resources consulting projects and oversee the consultancy services provided to clients.
Sarah also provides practical Human Resource and Employment Law advices to clients in a variety of sectors and has a broad range of experience in change management processes including reorganisation and restructuring and collective redundancies. She has also supported many Organisations through representation at the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court.
Prior to joining Adare Human Resource Management, Sarah supported public sector Employees for almost a decade in one of Irelands largest Secondary Teachers Unions.
