As an employer you should ensure a safe workplace for you team. To do this you would need to have:

  • Completed Health and Safety Risk Assessments
  • UpToDate Health and Safety Statement (typically valid for 12 months)
  • Supporting Health and Safety Policies
  • Management Statement supporting the above
  • Provide relevant training to staff to ensure that they do have a Healthy and Safe workplace, and create it with their own behaviours
