Sarah Fagan, BA, PGDip Employment Law, PGDip Conflict and Resolution is an experienced Human Resources and Employment Law Practitioner. Sarah‘s role as Managing Director involves overseeing the strategic direction of the business and the HR and Employment Law support services provided to clients across a wide range of sectors by the experienced team of consultants within Adare Human Resource Management. Prior to taking on the role of Managing Director in January 2022, Sarah’s role as Consulting Practice Manager was to support Adare Human Resource Management clients in the delivery of agreed strategic Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Human Resources consulting projects and oversee the consultancy services provided to clients.

Our Chairman, Kieran Mulvey, is recognised as one the premier mediators and facilitators in Ireland having undertaken many significant strategic and transformative agreements for government, government departments, state agencies and in the private sector. Having served as Chief Executive of the Labour Relations Commission from 1991 to 2015 and as the first Director General of the Workplace Relations Commission in 2015, Kieran Mulvey is an invaluable source of advice and guidance to our team and the Board in Adare.
