Christine is a driven Organisation Development and Human Resources specialist with 18 years extensive experience in this space.  Her experience includes coaching leaders of some of the world’s largest companies to attain transformational goals through designing people strategies to deliver long term business success, in over 15 locations worldwide. 
 
Currently Head of Organisation Effectiveness at AIB which encompasses Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, Organisation Design and Strategic Workforce Planning. 
 
Christine is passionate about working with leaders and teams to help them be at their best by developing creative solutions to build talent and teams for the future. Christine also enjoys being part of and leading cross-functional teams, bringing people and innovative ideas together, and giving people the opportunity to understand their part in the bigger picture, realising their own potential alongside that of the organisation.

Eleanor Nash

Eleanor is an accomplished HR Leader and experienced practitioner. Eleanor is An Post’s Chief People Officer and joined the company from Eason Limited where she was Group Head of HR.

She holds a Masters in HR Management from UCD Smurfit Business School, is a graduate of TCD and has deep IR experience and a strong track record in driving organisational change.



Niall Eyre
HR M&A Deal Lead
at Intel Corporation

Niall is a seasoned HR leader gaining his experience, over 30 years, within Ireland and global HR roles. Niall commenced his career in HR consulting where he worked for Korn Ferry across Europe and Asia. Niall subsequently worked in HR Director roles in Deloitte and the IRFU.

Following this Niall joined Pfizer where he worked in the Ireland HR and global HR organization; in 2022 Niall joined Intel Corporation as part of the Global HR organization.

During his career, Niall has assisted business leaders through fast-paced, dynamic, and transformational change. This involved leading HR transformation work within 70+ countries, across all continents.

Niall has published articles (for CIPD) on Remote/Hybrid Working, D&I within the Remote/Hybrid working environment and Performance Management within the Remote/Hybrid environment and participated in the 2022 CIPD “Aspiring HR Director Mentoring Program”.
