Kevin Foley
HR Director
CNP Santander

Kevin sits on the Executive Committee (ExCo) and holds overall responsibility for the HR function. CNP Santander Insurance is an international insurance company that designs and manages insurance products for customers across 12 European countries.

In his role as HR Director, Kevin is committed to making CNP Santander a great place to work. He is guided daily by access to development and training, pro-employee policies and practices, competitive rewards, and an inclusive working environment.

He holds a Masters Degree in Executive Coaching from University College Cork (UCC), a Masters in HR from the University of Limerick (UL), a Higher Diploma in Business Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from UCC. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in French from the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG).

Denise White-Hughes
HR Operations Director
Lidl Ireland & Northern Ireland

Denise White-Hughes has over 18 years' experience working in the retail industry & 12 years' experience in the HR field. Denise holds a BA (hons) in HR Management from NCI & a MSc in International Business from UCD.

Denise is also a certified mediator and has a diploma in Employment Law. Having worked her way up the ranks, Denise was the Employee Relations Director for Lidl for 3 years before side stepping into the role of HR Operations Director last year. Denise now oversees the HR Services team, Payroll and the HR Organisation & Transformation team.

While Denise was the Employee Relations Director she led the team that brought in extended leave for employees who suffered pregnancy loss, fertility supports, menopause supports and increased supports for mental health.


 

James Mangan
Human Resources Director

James Mangan is passionate about developing a team of business focused HR Partners committed to delivering a world class service.

He is an experienced strategic HR professional with a demonstrated history of working within complex, highly unionised environments. Successfully partnered with strategic business leaders to program manage multiple cross-functional change projects including implementation of large in-sourcing projects, time sensitive multi-site recruitment projects as well as multiple organisational restructures.

Skilled in change management including restructuring, re-organisation, out-sourcing, off-shoring, TUPE, collective bargaining, designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
