- Adare conducts a discovery meeting with the client to determine the current context and the need to drive strategic priorities: Purpose, Connection, Mental Resilience or All of the aforementioned.
- Adare will then advise on a practical plan given the Organisational/ Departmental or Individual’s need.
- Adare are certified Discovery Insights, TTI Practitioners, and are able to support delivery of initiatives through these tools. It is important to note that we can support professional development with or without support through these assessments.
- The Organisation/ Department or individual receives a bespoke initiative (engagement or workshop to facilitate individual and group support) that will provide the foundation for the development of purpose, connection and or mental resilience.
