- Adare conducts a discovery meeting with the client to determine the current context and the need of the development
- Adare will then advise on a practical development plan given the teams context and the specific development need:
- With the support of assessments, Adare provides a frame of reference for the conversation and introduces non challenging language that enables individuals and teams to explore the theme of cohesion, effectiveness or connection in a safe environment.
- Adare are certified Discovery Insights, TTI Practitioners, and are able to support your team’s Development through light or deep assessments, leadership charters and individual development plans. It is important to note that we can support development with or without support through these assessments.
- The Organisation receives a bespoke development initiative that will provide the foundation for team effectiveness, cohesion, and connection.
