  • Adare conducts a discovery meeting with the client to determine the current context and the desire or drive for a High Performance Culture. As part of this discovery meeting, the leadership support coefficient will be determined, as leadership is the one variable that will directly impact the success of any culture programme.
  • On Organisation or Client guidance, Adare will provide a suggested approach for the culture programme. We suggest one of four:
    • Foundational: Create a high-performance framework bespoke for the Organisation, with a supporting measurement tool which is empowered by focused change management implementation with the Organisation by Adare. Adare implements the framework with equal participation by the Client Organisation, enabled and managed through dedicated support on the full implementation plan, with investment goals and timeframes agreed and fulfilled.
    • Effective: Create a high-performance framework bespoke for the Organisation, with a supporting measurement tool which is empowered by focused change management sessions with a core group of implementors/ influencers within the Organisation, review sessions facilitated by Adare. The Client Organisation implements the framework, with dedicated support on a few implementation steps.
    • Example:
      • High performing team culture development (Positivity/ Productivity assessment and enhancement plan)
      • Action plan for 3 months
      • Supports and templates for effective ways of working
  • Agile: Create a high-performance framework bespoke for the Organisation, with a supporting measurement tool which is empowered by focused change management implementation with the Organisation by Adare. The Client Organisation implements the framework, with dedicated support on the full implementation plan.
  •  Transformative: Create a high-performance framework bespoke for the Organisation, with a supporting measurement tool which is empowered by review sessions facilitated by Adare. The Client Organisation implements the framework, with no support from Adare.
