This service provides planning and implementation for a specific Health & Wellbeing initiative or programme you would like to succeed, or that needs enhanced support.
  • Adare conducts a discovery meeting with the client to determine the current context and the desire or drive for the specific Health & Wellbeing initiative or programme.
  • We identify the desired outcome and link it to organisational metrics and behaviours that would need to be changed to impact the desired change
  • Adare would craft, review with the client, and finalise the implementation plan that would drive the desired change
  • Once approved, the implementation plan would be implemented with continued oversight and reporting to ensure required adjustments are made to ensure the success of the programme or initiative.
  • The organisation thus received a fully managed and implemented Health & Wellbeing programme, with the required programme management and reporting
