This service provides a dedicated resource, who steps into your environment to drive, deliver and report on your health & wellbeing programme/ initiative for a temporary and fixed term period.
  • Adare conducts a discovery meeting with the client to determine the current context and the desire or drive organisational goals and priorities aligned through a specific health & wellbeing initiative or programme. Once the objectives are confirmed, the fixed-term resource is provided to deliver your Health & Wellbeing programme/ initiatives for the agreed term.
  • It is important to note that we identify the desired outcome and link it to organisational metrics and behaviours that would need to be changed to impact the desired change. To establish this change would require Organisational Senior Leadership support.
  • As Adare brings to life the implementation plan that would drive the desired change, the Client Organisation retains accountability of the change, due to the impact of leadership.
  • The Organisation receives a fully managed and implemented Halth & Wellbeing programme, with the required programme management and reporting supports.
