Performance Management Training Workshop – FINAL TRAINING SESSION IN 2024
Performance Management effectiveness must be reviewed regularly and is likely being impacted by changed working practices, management skills in communication, coaching and challenging constructively and articulating expectations and tracking progress.
A key component of this training is to empower your People Managers ensuring they have the skills and confidence to be capable of dealing with performance management issues in the workplace when they arise as well as best practice management, as they are the front-line managers with the accountabilities of managing employees.
Participants will gain an understanding of best practice performance management procedures and how to manage the performance of their teams:

- How best to prepare and manage difficult conversations
- Link between review conversations, performance improvement processes and disciplinary process
