Let’s Talk Safety

We recently launched our ‘Let’s Talk Safety’ blog series with or Work Health and Safety expert Paul Marson. Paul Marson has excellent experience supporting businesses to respond to an ever-increasing regulatory environment, across a wide variety of industries including logistics, manufacturing, medical device, finance, semi-state, technology, and childcare.

We sat down with Paul to learn more about his role, his career highlights and ask him his thoughts on the state of Workplace Health and Safety in Ireland. You can read the full article here.

As part of the series he also shared his insights on the topic of Driver Safety in his article “Should Employers be concerned with driving for work safety? What Organisations need to know”.

Adare Human Resource Management in the News

Our Head of Employer Relations, Katie Ridge, recently featured in national press advocating for inclusive work policies to support women and highlighting Menopause as a priority workplace matter to be addresses by Organisations. She explained the legal issues that may emerge if Menopause policies are ignored, in respect of discrimination on grounds of gender, disability, and/or age under the Employment Equality Acts and hazard or risk control measures that may arise in respect of the Health and Safety Law.

Katie will provide guidance on practical supports that can be implemented by Irish businesses at her upcoming presentation at the National Menopause Summit on the 23rd of March. She will share information on inclusive and compassionate work policies that ensure all feel supported to forge forward in their careers. It’s a talk not to be missed!
