National Menopause Summit Advocating for Change – 11th April 2024

Adare are thrilled to announce that our Head of Employer Relations, Katie Ridge will once again participate in the National Menopause Summit Advocating for Change, taking place in The Aviva Stadium, 11 & 12 April, 2024.

The event follows on from the phenomenal success of TWO SOLD OUT SUMMITS in both DUBLIN & CORK in 2023.

Katie’s discussion will focus on the introduction of a ‘new norm’ across the Irish workplace. Highlighting why menopause is a workplace priority for inclusive workplaces. She will share information on inclusive and compassionate work policies that ensure all feel supported to forge forward in their careers, thus stemming the flow of women choosing to exit the workforce or disregard opportunities for advancement, due to the lack of these crucial supports. It’s a talk not to be missed!

The 2024 National Menopause Summit will continue to advocate for a new norm across the Irish workplace through the empowerment and education of Irish organisations on the introduction of inclusive, compassionate and sympathetic workplace policies to ensure all feel supported to forge forward in their careers at this oftentimes highly challenging and transitional stage of life.
